Brewing process :

• Heat Water to 95º ~ 100ºC   [caution: DO Not BOIL]
• Pre-heat the pot & the serving cups
• Put approx 2.5 grams of tea leaves, (1 teaspoon per serving), in the pot.
• Pour in hot water. Place the lid on the pot
• Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
• Strain into another cup, add honey or lemon juice to adjust the taste if desired.
